Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Drift Apparel. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work. These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under South African consumer law.

1. Seven-day cooling-off period (online purchases)

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), because you bought online you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a refund of the price paid. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty (see section 3).

2. Change-of-mind returns (wrong size or not what you expected)

  • You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit or refund.
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is for your account.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

  • If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost, including return shipping.
  • Your rights regarding defective goods are protected under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), which provides an implied warranty of quality for 6 months from delivery.

4. Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, altered or had their tags removed, except where the item is faulty.

5. How to start a return

  1. Email us at louwdekock21@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange, store credit or refund.

6. Refund method and timing

Refunds are made to your original payment method via PayFast. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect after we have approved it.
