Where we deliver

We currently deliver across South Africa.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order, and is shown to you before you pay.

Delivery time

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Once dispatched, delivery by our courier partner typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or for outlying areas.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Risk

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
