These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

This website is owned and operated by Louw Trading (Pty) Ltd, trading as Drift Apparel ("Drift Apparel", "we", "us", "our"), a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa.

2. Products

We sell premium South African golf and lifestyle apparel. All decoration is sublimated into the fabric. We make every effort to display product colours, designs and descriptions accurately, but on-screen colours may vary slightly from the physical item due to your device and screen settings.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the prevailing rate.
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
  • Payment is processed securely through PayFast (a Network company). We do not store your card details. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

4. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.
  • If we cannot fulfil your order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns, refunds and your cancellation rights

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Drift Apparel name, logos, artwork and original designs, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
